Scam Alert I was on highway near Sec 47C coming back from Mohali I saw two guys begging people to spare some petrol because they came from far and have to reach their relatives in Zirakpur or something and they're out of cash and UPI is not working. So I stopped to ask what happened and they said the same thing so told them I can't give petrol because it's BS6 and has not output.
