My question is: Do bad/ ill thoughts also get logged in it or just karma? I would like to explain with an example: Suppose a guy, thinks of something ill but brushes off the thought knowing it is bad. Advice needed: taxis and rickshaws parking outside building daily. Our lane in Khar is a dead end, so it doesn’t see any passing traffic at all. Everyday, 70% of the street parking is occupied by taxis and a few rickshaws (increasing daily). Now there’s 2 issues here- one being ofcourse the residents need the parking, and two- Rickshaw drivers have started smoking/ drinking with their friends till late night inside their parked vehicles.
