My Father’s Transplant Went Well! I’m relieved and happy to share that my father’s kidney transplant has been successfully completed. He’s doing well now. His swelling has gone down, pain is minimal, and urine output is normal. His latest creatinine is 2, and urea is at 45. (Yesterday it was 3 and 49) My aunt (the donor) is also recovering well, though she’s still experiencing some pain.
