Trying to stay positive I’m trying to be grateful and not take things for granted. I’m so fortunate I live in America which is a first world country and even though I live paycheck to paycheck I’m not poor. I have heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. I’m healthy and happy and so is my wife and so are my two kids who are in high school. I managed to be Neet for 6 years without any consequences. Are there affordable gated society rowhouses in gurgaon? Just came across a society in noida extension sector 1 called Lotus Villa where there are houses made on 58 yard plots. It's freehold and people get the land too going somewhere around 55lakh per house. I liked it a lot, only issue is I am up for somewhere around 100 yard. But doable by buying 2 adjacent and modifying them. But as i am settling in Gurgaon, Are there similar in gurgaon too where land is also given to owner.
