Later the builder again call for Rs.2 lakhs, giving the reason that the ground floor is completed. I recently moved to kandivili east from Pune and was looking for 24/7 gyms in the area, does anyone have any recommendations? i am quite frugal so Id prefer not so expensive gyms. the 24/7 requirement is stringent as I usually work out at around 4 am.
