What is the biggest impact of remote work on people at startups early in their career? I am am huge advocate for remote work and have worked on distributed teams for about 15 years now. I do not want to ever go back. However, I am not sure if the younger me would have benefited as much from it as I did from being in the office with my peers and more experienced members of the team. When these food delivery apps asks us to donate to feed the poor, aren't they just benefitting themselves? I have heard that you get some expemptions on taxes for the amount of money you donate to charity and since these food delivery organisations and anything that asks us, the users to donate money to feed or educate or save a poor, won't they just register our donation under their own name and show it the govt or tax department as their own donations? 4 am thoughts but seriously wanna know.
