Does anyone else feel that Amazon India's customer service is beyond dogshit now?

TLDR: Customer service is a complete 180° from what it used to be when Amazon first entered the market. It's deliberately designed to severely test the patience of the Indian consumer. REACHING CUSTOMER CARE: The automated IVR is useless for anything other than the most basic requests. It's almost impossible to get in touch with a real person. Getting one is trial and error. I once literally wrote down the combination of options I need to enter to talk to a real person because of how convoluted it is...

Beginner Looking to Start Learning Options Trading

I’m new to options trading and want to start learning more about it. I’ve never read a book on the topic before, but I’m really eager to build my knowledge. I’ve found a list of some highly recommended books, but as a total beginner, I’m not sure where to start. Do you think any of these are beginner-friendly, or should I tackle them in a specific order? Here’s the list I came across: 1. **Options as a Strategic Investment by Lawrence G. McMillan** This seems to be *the* book...

Do not use BSNL Broadband [A Rant about BSNL Broadband]

In our home, we were using Railwire for the past 1-2 years, but about 4 months ago, we switched to BSNL from Railwire Broadband connection because that was the only way to get retail access to a LAN Phone connection. We switched to BSNL Basic Plus plan, which supposedly “offered” 150 Mbps. Now, currently, I’m in college, so I only go home occasionally, but every time I do, it is noticeable how slow the network has become. The maximum speed I got was 20 Mbps, and sometimes it would...
