Dysfunctional family effects on psyche I grew up (and still live) in a dysfunctional fam. There's a lot of screaming, confrontations etc. Everyday. Over time I have developed a few traits like being hyperfocused about footsteps (to the point I can tell who's walking from the way the footsteps sound), and net doors slamming, mom's bangles jingling, etc. Those who did grow up in similar situations, wut similar traits have you developed, if any? P.S.- not a sympathy seeking post. Not asking for medical advice. Just here to know Coz I'm curious. It's interesting.... 3 0 replies

Looking for Career Advice & Opportunities I have a cousin based in a Tier 2 city in North India. He has completed his B.Com (Distance) and has been working in the loan department of a bank for the past 3 years, earning 9K per month. He’s looking for better career opportunities, ideally remote, in non-tech roles where his experience can be useful. If anyone has suggestions on suitable job roles or knows of any openings, your help would be greatly appreciated. Any leads or advice would mean a lot! 1 0 replies

2 year old BMW in garage for over 50 days I got a 330Li LCI in March 2023. Technically the car is less than 2 years old and driven hardly 7300kms. Since it was my first luxury car purchase, I got the service plan and extended warranty for 5 years, knowing that german sedans can be tough to maintain. My car is mostly driven by me or my brother, usually on weekends. Last year in November I noticed a strange ticking noise from the engine and the car was in the service centre for about 15 days. For 15... 5 13 replies
[ This post has nothing to do with Pakistan or religion. But to show how the word "Bihari" has become a cuss word ] : A Pakistani belittling his own countryman by calling him a "Bihari". In next image you will see he calls Biharis in Pakistan as gutter rat. The man whose video the abuser shared might not even have a Bihari ancestry The man whose video this guy shared probably comes from a Urdu speaking Indian muslim family who immigrated to Pakistan. From his accent his ancestors could have been from anywhere in india. But still he is being abused by being referred as "Bihari" Intersting thing to note here is Bihari Muslims [ ones who migrated to Pakistan ] were the pioneers of Pakistan movement. In fact those guys even fought for Pakistan during 1971 war... 2 0 replies
