Why is patriarchy omnipresent?

The force of patriarchy (Haryana being at the forefront of it) overrides religious differences and/ or sectarian conflicts. For instance, be it a polytheistic religion like Hinduism or a monotheistic faith like Islam, patriarchy prevails! Be it an upper caste or a lower caste, it still prevails. How do I sue this fucking hospital!! I had 103°F fever made me wait in the line for 1 hr. I requested for an emergency but somehow the emergency was full, bitch wtf. After the registration they made me wait another 30-40 mins for the doctor. And that lady prescribed me a medicine that had 500mg paracetamol and an antibiotic. The fever did not subside but I got extreme pain in my stomach because of the antibiotic without pantoprazole. Never going to this fucking hospital again!!
