OC issue & pressure from builder Need advice urgently. We had booked a flat in 2020 with a reputed builder. The complex has 4 blocks. 3 were occupied by mid-2023 with no problem. The last block where we have our flat was ready by Nov 2023 but the OC is held up for some unknown reason.
