Electricity Disconnected, How to Re-Connect?

I was out of Pune for 2 months for my wedding in my hometown. My electricity bill used to come to my letterbox and I used to pay. While I was away, I forgot about it and just thought I'll pay once back. Turns out that was a bad idea as the electricity is cut now. I have paid the bill but the electricity is still down. Anyone has any experience on how the connection can be restarted?

Trying to Create a Shortcut

I don't know if this is possible - I am trying to build a short cut , say CMD + tilde that would then activate the shortcut of pressing the keyboard keys a,b,c,d then enter. IS that even possible?

Any Surya bhakts?

I'm curious if there are any Surya bhakts around. Looking for interstellar tickets at Phoenix, Wakad.
