Good societies around the expressway

Hey everyone. I recently shifted from Bangalore to Noida for work and I'm looking for accommodation in a good society. Based on my office location, societies in sector 128, 134, 93A, 92A, 108 are all fine for me. Jaypee Kosmos and Klassic (134) are pretty closeby and affordable but the township looks a bit monotonous and disconnected (given that I'll be staying without a friend for the first time and all my friends are in Delhi/Gurgaon, none in Noida). Further, commuting to anywhere would be difficult I feel. But...

Finding cofounders as motivated as you are. I will not promote.

Finding anyone willing to join a pre-seed startup and work in their free time for no money is already hard enough. Most of the time, offering equity doesn't convince people to join you. Even when you give someone equity in the company, getting them to really commit and work hard for a year or more is almost impossible. Does anyone have advice for how to find good cofounders? I will not promote.

I was buying clothes from ROBERT BROWN WHOLESALE store (33, Ambedkar Sarani, Bengal Ambuja Housing Complex, Near, Ambuja, Durgapur, West Bengal 713216, India). Restaurant suggestions pls It's my son's 10th birthday (Feb 14). Looking for some good suggestions for a cozy family friendly restaurants in Thane or Navi Mumbai. He likes pizza but we adults would like other options to be available. So multicuisine. My younger one does not stay put in social situations, so would like restaurants with private booth or seating. Is There A Way to switch between multiple windows (one of the windows maybe in background) of the same app via shortcuts?

I've been searching for a solution for a long time without success. I want to use keyboard shortcuts to quickly switch between two windows of the same application (especially Arc Browser). I know Command + \~ partially works, but it only functions when both windows are in the foreground. If one window is in the background, there's no way to bring it forward using this shortcut.

How do dividends work for NVDX?

I own [NVDX](https://in.tradingview.com/symbols/CBOE-NVDX/analysis/) which provides some dividend at the end of the year (in December).
