How do Muslims justify the destruction of the places of worship of polytheists?

Since India has lots of Muslims, I am asking this here to understand what their point of view on this is. Muhammad famously destroyed the place of worship of polytheists. There is long history of Muslims destroying places of worship (Somnath fo example) or taking it over and turning into a mosque (Hagia Sophia for example). I have even seen some Pakistani leaders take pride in these. So how do Muslims of India or in general come to terms with this?

Honey alfaham gave me food poison ...my opinion

Had Honey Alfaham from a top Trivadrum restaurant recently. But after 3 hours things didn't go well... Stomach upset and its aftermath. Is it a good combination.. I like food from Trivandrum and its generally safe and fresh, but this time things took a u turn I guess. Youngsters like us should try to avoid eating these foods regularly in my opinion. Especially at night. Your thoughts? Alfaham lovers?

How Does It Feel to Spend Without Thinking Twice?

**Hey everyone!** Just curious—anyone here so rich that ₹1000 feels like ₹1 to them? I’m asking this because, living in Mumbai, I’ve seen, heard, and read about people dropping insane amounts of money on hobbies without a second thought. It got me wondering—just how rich are they, really? If you genuinely fall into this category, I’d love to pick your brain. Some of these questions might be a bit bold, but trust me, they’re just to understand your perspective: 1. How does it actually feel to be that rich?...

    Recent history of Andhra cities?

Asking this question out of my opinion - that cities (except Hyderabad and to some extent, Vizag) of the Telugu states have not developed in terms of trade, public infra, culture, etc as much as the cities of other South and West Indian states did. Having spent some time in average Tier-2 cities such as Hubli, Salem, Amravati (Vidarbha, one of the most backward regions of Maharashtra), I feel these have much better roads, public transport, shared sense of history, culture, and belonging than compared to, say, Nellore, Kurnool,...
