    Liberation experiences?

Is there anybody here that was in goa during liberation or have heard a vivid experience from someone else? I'm writing a story based during November - december 1961 in Panjim , I had read a few books but they mention only the official or military aspect or just technical procedures and the personal experiences come from people who were politically alert , what would a regular family not much interested in politics know during that time ? What did normal life feel like during that week? Also not...

NRI jetty. Is it ever going to be operational?

Hello I’m sure almost all of you have been to the NRI JETTY. It’s a beautiful place no doubt. But why was so much money spent for this dead end road ? I hear that they will connect this to Kharghar. But I can’t imagine that it’s a good idea, as the DPS road is already very narrow and jams routinely. Secondly the jetty itself always has water too low for it to be operational. Even right now it’s a marshy and practically no ship or boat can come...

Lazy Email to messenger tool? | I will not promote

I’m too lazy to manage my inbox, and google Gemini... is just a useless crap. I get bombarded with sales/promo emails daily mixed with leads and internal correspondence, so I built my internal tool that **condenses them into a single DM** on Slack/WhatsApp/Telegram/etc. with quick-reply actions. Example: *"Bob wants to sell you his cybersecurity solution, BobSecure, Inc."* ➡️ React with ❌ → Bob gets a polite personalized corporate “Thank you Bob, for your bla bla bla, but NO” ➡️ Type “details?” → If Bob didn’t attach a PDF or...

    Political situation in india

We should have term limits and age limits for our governance. No chief minister should be able to get more than two terms and that must also include the immediate family members. How are we so okay with one family ruling us for three generations and already preparing the fourth. We're not living in a monarchy. We're a democracy for godsake. There will be no change in legislation for this unless there's a jallikartu protest in marina kinda situation.
