Can a SEBI Registered investment advisor also be a authorised partner with a brokerage to provide execution services? If No, any workarounds for that? I currently manage a reasonably small portfolio of friends and family part time, however ive been thinking to expand my services to other people as well, i don’t think it would be a smart idea to ask for login credentials for peoples brokerage accounts, so for a professional practice i would want to have a sub broker account wherein i can execute trades on my clients behalf.
