Advice for managing team of women in India Hey all, I’m an American guy, and I recently started managing a small team that works in India a few months ago. They are all women. I think things are going fine, but I sense 3 challenges so far. The first being I have never been to India, and I don’t really know the culture, so I am not as familiar with challenges that might be rooted in such.
