Please I’d like to add everyone’s favourite desi crime podcast as well. My first cousin who lives in India is an avid true crime listener as well. I shared my feelings about the podcast and she wanted to form her own opinion. So she listened to the latest one.

In 5 minutes she turned it off and FaceTimed me. Guess what the wonderful hosts said - a 5 year old boy went missing from Kerala. I’m “so excited” for this episode😣Imagine saying that about a missing boy whose father ultimately unalived himself.
Then they claimed to have “gone into archives”. But kept repeating - such less info about the case. If Wikipedia info was a podcast desi crime would be winners 🤣

Not only are they insensitive but also ill informed and under researched

We never know what the other person is going through.. they can look all happy & fine while they are struggling internally all alone. That's why it doesn't hurt being kind to others you never know someone might be having a shitty day, a shitty week or a shitty couple of years. Check up on your loved ones.. like fr check up on them don't do it for formality.

Sometimes people are just hanging by the thread and all that happiness on the surface is a facade. I have depression and I've met a lot of people who have clinical depression... it's a very dark and lonely place to be hence I'd never blame anyone who unalived themselves or had those thoughts. I blame the society the whole societal construct... it's a fucked up world but welp I'm just a girl I can't change the world!

Sometimes even going to therapy doesn't help nor do the meds, nothing seems to help... especially when you're in a toxic household around toxic people, keep having bad experiences one after another. You have no hope left in life, you see no way out of your miseries. With fucked up mental health such situations only burden you. You learn to just cope and survive the day.


May that guy rest in peace I hope he's happy wherever he is now. And to anyone who's struggling rn I hope your days get better and easier on you 💖
