Do you have your own phone ? Put up a password and if they ask to open it , just say nope.

If it's your parents' phone you are using (I had to use my parents phone for my purposes first until I got my own ) set up clone apps and passwords to them. Also hide them from the screen

Some parents are understanding as in they listen to what you say and believe in you to leave you alone but some are super stubborn.
