What are the genuine reasons why some women make excuses to avoid sex with their husband?
Sometimes one is simply not in the mood, men or women. It sucks for the other person who is horny at the moment but that is life. That's the price of monogamy, that sometimes the other person won't be in the mood when you are. -

Need help. 22 y/o med student. No income. Only diwali money!
Fellow junior doctor who started passive investing in 2nd year MBBS back in 2019.
Figure out how much extra cash you'd have on a yearly basis. Divide that by 12, and start SIPs in index mutual funds. That's how I started, and now 2.5 years since graduation have built up a healthy corpus with annualised rate of return currently 12.5% even with the dip. In fact, this is the best time.
I had some extra prize money from competitions when the lockdown crash came, and did lumpsums investments then.
Just start, by the time you graduate or end of your internship, you'll figure out the rate of returns to expect and build up knowledge, while a small corpus will start building up gradually giving you (and compounding ;) ) your confidence too.
I'd highly suggest not investing in crypto at this stage. Kharcha will come in medicine in our further studies too, and later on to build the lifestyle you want and need as a working doctor.
Keep in mind; any money you invest beyond a certain risk level, assume you'd be fine if you were to lose all of it. Crypto is certainly too risky unless you precisely know what you're doing (which given the pressure of MBBS I highly doubt you've managed to study the crypto space too).
Do it in something that you know will give you some guaranteed returns and start building up a corpus. It'll be a big boost, a psychological safety net if you will, for we are to remain students till 30+ years of age (unless of course you choose to remain a GP or go into some non-medical field for masters, both are perfectly acceptable, just making it clear the perspective with which I'm answering) -
