Mrs. movie offends because its real but is one particular change needed from women?
The bashers made entire point on cooking. It's not about cooking. It's about many things, how she was treated since beginning. Everything adds like recurring deposit and blows at one point.
But movie created a paradox- Male lead is Gynacologist and he does forced sex on her. That will not be settling well on conventional thinking. But main point is how she is treated, not cooking. -

How much an adult should sleep?
On an unrelated note, I have been having trouble sleeping for quite some time now. I've tried tiring my brain and body through exercise and studies, but even after that I find it tough to sleep, I wake up tired and exhausted and get late for everything. Can someone here help me out with the same? -

Anyone who doesn't really leave their house, and live like a total shut-in?
I've been living isolated since couple of years. I've no friends . My house is isolated in the middle of a farmland. Only company I have is my old parents and my dog.
It feels like I've been living the same day everyday. All the confidence and dreams I had are slowly fading away.
I've gotten so habitual of the loneliness and isolation that if I go to market or a public place I feel so strange and out of place.
My brother lives abroad and has stopped talking to me without any reason since a year, he was the only friend that I had.
I can't change my city or travel because of too many responsibilities and I'm always needed.
I've accepted this isolation as a prison sentence for some sins I did in past or past life .
Hopefully it will pass . -

Car or bike shaped/themed mirror ? Or I have seen car lamp on Pinterest but idk where to get them. You can print out posters of car and bikes and make a book. Also like a car or bike gear as show piece. -

What's wrong with 'reciprocal tariffs' that Trump is imposing on India? Did India expect mercy from America since it's a poor country, while doing the very thing it is complaining about?
This is a complex issue, much larger than the scope of explaining it in a reddit comment. Anyways, I will try my best to summarise it.
Reciprocal tarriffs is a good thing for enabling a free trade environment in the world. But the idea of reciprocity is based on equality between partners. It's like trying to defeat a 5 yr old child who uses two arms in arm-wrestling, with two arms yourself as grown up man. Where is the sense of proportionality?
The US,is undoubtedly an economic and military superpower. It's GDP is 7 times that of India. It got it's independence 200 years before us, and had the time to develop it's industries and institutions from scratch. We were being trampled, maimed and squeezed off our wealth, when the US started advocating for a liberal world order. When India's literacy rate was just 11â„…, US was already a superpower, having dropped an atomic bomb to subdue the Japanese. It thus makes it clear that in such a scenario, American industries will always have an upper hand, having a massive headstart.
So where will our indigenous industries go? And the consequence is not just on the industrial base, but on the larger dependency on American companies for our needs. It affects everything, from our foreign policy, our strategic autonomy, our Forex and eventually our MSMEs growth.
Although, I don't think we should not compete with the US, but we should always keep in mind the circumstances of our economy, the realities of the world order and the consequences of our history. At this point, this is just unfair. -
