Can Kanhaiya Kumar emerge as Bihar’s next big leader?
I would rather support president's rule instead of RJD or congress taking over bihar govt. I have met a few congress leaders of Bihar and they were one of the sensible people who talked about vision but sadly congress will never do a comeback unless the british citizen is sent back to britain as he will never let anyone do anything that he don't like and never forget that it was congress who laid the foundation of destruction of bihar which led to the rise of RJD. Kanhaiya Kumar is a good speaker but not a good leader. -

Noise x Bose , is it worth it ? Has anyone tried it ??
I don't think so only TUNED by Bose nothing else, CMF buds 2 Pro seems a better option than this , also it got some unique features like chat gpt , dual drivers , physical Dail etc -

Write a formal complaint to your HoD and the HoD of the faculty in question. These kind of faculty are the ones that will reduce marks from internal assessments just because of such grudges. Its best to keep it "on record" in case you need to challenge later on -

The strategy of associating any opposition with BJP has proven to be a successful political tool for the DMK in recent years. Now, actor Vijay seems to be employing a similar tactic by linking his political opposition to the BJP. But is this approach truly effective for him
I think what he says is actually true! -

26M, 180KG, Need Serious Weight Loss Help (Diabetes, BP, Hereditary Obesity)
As someone who has been on the same path as you just a little ahead. These are my recommendations.
From what all I have experienced it’s both diet and exercise will help you in losing weight. I was around 105 KGS to 110 KGS weight don’t know exactly since my weighing machine used to give a reading called “error”. I am now 76-77 kgs which is 3-4 kgs excess than my ideal weight. I have slowed down on losing weights and am focusing on weight training.
1) Understanding the problem - Even my family has been hereditarily on the bigger side but that was just an excuse. I had to understand that it was my bad eating habits and lifestyle that made me so big. When i understood the reason I could make changes accordingly.
2) Diet - Cut down on carbs and food. I eat twice a day since I have a sedentary lifestyle. In order to avoid over eating I have egg whites, I make sure to have enough egg whites to curb my hunger before proceeding to my main course so that I don’t overeat. Rest of the day I have vegetable juice and Ragi Java without any sweetener (jaggery or sugar) 1 glass each.
If you’re feeling hungry try having more eggs (only whites mostly, 1 whole egg is fine rest only whites). Eggs help in reducing hunger (at least for me). No rice. 3 rotis should make a sufficient meal. Make sure you count calories. This would be a major step if you can manage you will start losing weight.
3) Exercise :- Find something you love doing. I love nature and also a bit addicted to YouTube. So I found this place called Forest Trek park and damn it’s beautiful. I used to go there around 7 and come out by 9:45. I started by walking for 4-5 kms per session then increased it to more than 10 kms while listening to YouTube videos. After losing some weight I started to run and slowly at my own pace extend the distance for running. I advise that you incorporate weight training also remember muscle burns more calories than fat even during idle period. Keep pushing yourself gently. During winter when it was getting too cold I stopped going there and went to Gym and I was surprised with my stamina.
4) Perseverance:- No matter what do not stop push yourself there will be 1 or 2 slip ups but keep pushing yourself make it a routine.
5) Results :- Trust me the confidence boost you get is next level. I wore formals today and I felt awesome.
The food you eat after a tremendous work out is unrivalled. The millet dosa I had for break fast after my 10k is a 100 times tastier than any biryani/ice cream/cake I had when I was obese.
Drinks :- I love alcohol. It’s a vice for me it’ll tend to drain nutrients from body and add only empty calories I shifted from beer to only whiskey with water. My side dish is only corn/egg and peanuts no food afterwards. Drink responsibly.
There is a show called my 600 pound life it’ll help you understand the problems in the attitude of obese people. -
