Hey Hyderabad, I'm a 29-year-old male weighing around 180kg. I know I'm at a critical point and need to make serious changes. Obesity runs in my family, and I've recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. Thankfully, my thyroid is normal. I'm ready to commit to a major lifestyle overhaul. I'm willing to go to any extent with food and exercise to get my health back on track. I know this won't be easy, but I'm determined. Here's where I need your help: 1.What are some realistic and sustainable strategies for someone with my conditions? 2.Any specific dietary recommendations (e.g., low-carb, portion control, etc.) that have worked for you, especially with diabetes? 3.What kind of exercise routine is safe and effective for someone my size? 4.How do you find a good personal trainer? or there any gyms that specialize in working with individuals with obesity or chronic conditions?
