If NEP with 3 language policy is to be made mandatory by all means can TN implement this?
Where do we find teachers for other Indian language ex: Malayalam. How many Malayalam teachers can be appointed for whole TN. We will be left with zero resource & eventually students had to opt Hindi out of compulsion. Then all the languages will be slowly sidelined. Like for basic Job recruitment, Hindi will be made mandatory.
It will change the whole demographics of TN, through which they want to take control of the politics ultimately to alter the reservation, social order & hindu rastra agenda of RSS. All the growth TN gained through last 5 decades will be down the drain. -

Yes, quite strategic, I must say. -

Mahindra entered the bike market.. shat the bed.. left.
Then they re entered via Classic Legends ( jawa, yezdi, BSA )
..
Shat the bed.
Haven't left yet and are Now trying to clean the aforementioned bed.

Going to live alone for the first time
living along is a phase in life every individual must go through, that’s when the real responsibility of taking case of yourself comes in place (figured it out the hard way) but it’s a wonderfully feeling of having the freedom to do whatever you wish to do and yes it will feel lonely but it will teach you on being alone, which is crucial in this day and age -
Will I be forgiven? I need genuine, honest answers please
don't stop doing your sandhyavandanam, as long as you are doing it properly it's not a problem. while adherence to brahmacharya is ideal but if you fail to, keep trying. no need to guilt yourself over it, isvara is kind enough if you stick to your dharma. -
You just know she has a blonde bob, too
I always thought that "United States of America" was too literal and just plain descriptive.
It's just like saying "a bunch of plots of land on a continent", like if you called your child "growth from mixed genetical material of our loins"
This is the perfect moment to find a more inspired name… -

We single handedly fought Hindi imperialism against the mighty congress at their peak, fighting against NEP (BJP) shouldn't be hard but for that we need men who is at least 10% as good as Anna. If not for the lazy politicians at least we must carry forward the spirit of Anna.
What makes Hindi especially problematic is the entire set of values that seem to be in vogue in the North. It's a very anti-humanistic, regressive, borderline feudal culture that goes against the enlightenment values enshrined in our constitution. I absolutely hate it. It's one of the major reasons why India is increasingly hated all over the world.
I don't have anything against the language per-se, and I can use the language modestly well. But it would be dreadful if the values of Hindi areas were to go more mainstream in India than they already are. -
How to Fairly Divide Equity in a Start-up? (i will not promote)
There are no hard and fast rules to this. It’s all based on preferences. Some investors want to see founders have an equal split. While many founders believe this is impossible for everybody to contribute equally.
The most important factor is to implement vesting schedules and cliffs (look them up). Also have agreements for share buybacks or clawbacks should a founder leave after earning shares. At the early stages, investors usually own future equity based on SAFE agreements.
The mistake that founders make is to approach this based on past contribution. It’s actually designed for future incentive because building startups is really hard and you won’t make even an average wage until later.
The best way is to have a conversation with everyone and ask what they want and what they think is fair. Then everybody has to agree on what needs to be achieved to earn that equity. Plus you’ll need one CEO that has the authority to terminate cofounders.
Remember, you can all have equal equity but different levels of control. That’s what operating and cofounder agreements are for. The last thing you want is to have one disgruntled cofounder jam up the cap table and screw it up for everyone else and future investment.
Let me know if you need more. But a general search on these terms I mentioned should give you the framework.
