Omg, nostalgia! I lived in Meghalaya (Shillong) for 2.5 years (2016-18) when I was 10, and this was my go-to snack. It was a bit of a shock at first to see kids there eating it raw instead of cooking it, but I’m glad I tried it. That was such a happy time in my life, still miss the pollution-free, pleasant experience I had living there!
