From my experience in Pune, many people here believe everyone is there solely to give them attention.Being in conversation with them feels more like a simulated interaction rather than a genuine exchange.Its like they are prescribed to behave in that way to look cool or more sophisticated or something.They dont really want to connect,they are simply high on ATTENTION as they have unlimited supply of people giving them attention.it's also hard to find a genuine connection (normal person)here without being cheated.
