Booked a neugo sleeper bus from new delhi to Amritsar (9/10 hrs journey), in about 4 hrs the bus conductor informed all of us that there’s a mechanical issue in the bus. He said we can either get off there (middle of the road somewhere in a village) & get a full refund or wait for 3 hrs for a SEATER bus to come take us to our destination, with a partial refund.
We obviously had to wait, another bus came, had to get charged first at the charging station. We now left after 4/4.5 hrs.
And after a very uncomfortable journey, we ultimately arrived 6 hours late at the destination
8 days in, absolutely no intimation of refund or reply to mail.

Second time the high court freed him on the technicality that because the father was with the child when she identified this monster as her rapist, it is possible that she could've been manipulated by the father into identifying him....

We have absolutely unconscionable morons in the judiciary it seems. Letting history-sheeters off the hook on basis of minute technicality in the legal procedures.

I wonder how this judge would feel when he reads this news. Given how shameless these people are I'll wager they won't even lose a night's sleep over the girl who suffered and died due to their negligence.

And had this been any other profession the person involved might have been booked for causing death due to carelessness in carrying out their mandated duties. But this judge, won't be touched.

I want Odisha to be more associated with Kerela and NE, not with Hindi belt. In NE, Kerela the religion and culture is in it’s best form and people eat whatever they want. I am very hardcore Hindu, I turned vegetarian 3 years ago, but before that I tried Pork many times in rural areas of Odisha and wild boar is the best, it tastes great. And I have tried pork in Sikkim as well it was great. So we should be okay with it.
