We mix english words too much in our tamil. I happened to hear sri lankan tamil, and oh god, they were so pure and devoid of english. If they can maintain that purity, sure can we. What is still a bigger concern is, a lot of people think it is cool to speak in english at home. IMO we should be making english as the second language, not the other way around.

OP, if you haven't been to Mahakumbh then pls don't project your opinions based on videos on social media. I visited there and the state govt has done a fantastic job.
