Does life really get better with time?
Single answer to all your questions, "only if you get rich". It will solve majority of all the other problems. Not because of vanity, but it will give you absolute freedom to choose the life you want to lead. This also includes choosing people and environment of your choice. Sure, you can't change the family you're born into, but once you have money, they'd hardly give you any hard time when you'll make your choices.
Everything else is BS. -

Lord Ganesh says to love/respect our parents, but I can’t help but feel intense hatred towards my mom
If you can be neutral and respect them (like you would to a case-worker in a government office) instead of hate that is a big change.
Do the bare minimum required and be done. There is nowhere it says you should love people who do bad things to you. We are not Buddhists.
Also if an opportunity presents itself for you to get married, you definitely should. Not because you want to screw over your parents, but getting married augments and essential for sadhana. Especially for women and to a large extent human males. -
Maturity is realising that not shaming people for their clothing choices is actually the classiest of all- in frame: alfiya
First things first I respect people who show skin and who don’t. It’s your personal choice and your opinion, that you’d like women or men with skin show outfits or not. But maybe keep that opinion to yourself or maybe just maybe change the fuck out of it!! I’ve seen people liking reels like “maturity is getting over with crop tops and wearing modest outfits” this was some reel of a creator called minamouse. That dudet is a Muslim (I’m a Muslim as well) she’s had a rhinoplasty, she has new lips, she wears anything and everything, she was also disowned by her family for a while. So after going through all this and doing all and everything how is she capable of uploading a reel like that. And the same girls liking her reel, they post stuff wearing nothing. I feel these so called modest people think they’re some sort of upscaled than us. I don’t know if I should say this but maybe these. guys don’t have the skin show type of a body. Simple. Just insecure hence belittling others. Sana Khan or whatever her name is-it’s giving that. -

Protecting Tamil: A Message to All Tamilians
We mix english words too much in our tamil. I happened to hear sri lankan tamil, and oh god, they were so pure and devoid of english. If they can maintain that purity, sure can we. What is still a bigger concern is, a lot of people think it is cool to speak in english at home. IMO we should be making english as the second language, not the other way around. -
Mahakumbh and Indian Cities
OP, if you haven't been to Mahakumbh then pls don't project your opinions based on videos on social media. I visited there and the state govt has done a fantastic job. Yes, there's room for improvement and there will always be. I haven't seen any event so far (in the world) where close to 1 crore people are visiting a certain location every day for almost 45 days.
As far as people from Korea and China mocking us are concerned, let it be. We are not perfect and so are they. Few weeks back the so-called best democracy in the world's leader had declared emergency and armed soldiers had barged in their parliament. For China, the less I say the better it is. Also, if you are so affected by opinions of people in different countries, maybe you don't need to be on the social platforms.
About the point, religion shaping the psyche of many Indians, what's wrong with that? As far as people are willing to peacefully co-exist, nothing is wrong in that. And in my experience, Hindus largely believe in the idea of peaceful co-existence. Other abrahamic faiths, they don't.
Also, if people are willing to tolerate such levels of pollution in the name of religion then it is their choice. We can't speak for everyone else. You can share your ideas which is completely ok, but you can't force your opinion. In Delhi, we had the worst state govt of this country in AAP. They were in power for more than 9 years. Eventually, they got voted out. Because people saw they aren't delivering on their promises. And the same logic applies on the current UP govt too. If they don't deliver they will be voted out too. Have faith in the system.
Lastly, if you still feel that water in Mahakumbh is polluted, go there and test the water and publish your readings. Nobody's stopping you. -

Why do mothers hate their daughters?
Hurt people hurt people, she didn't receive much nurturing when growing up and the family she married into didn't give her a break either.
I'm so sorry that you're in this situation OP, if your mom is open to it ask her to go to therapy.
