here's my take on keyword research for 2025 (been doing seo for years):

1 . user intent is becoming WAY more important than exact match keywords. focus on solving problems/answering questions that ur audience actually has

2 . topical authority > individual keywords now. build content clusters around main topics n really own those spaces. internal linking between related content is key

3 . voice search optimization - ppl talk differently than they type. include more natural language n question-based keywords

4 . competitor analysis still works great but dont just copy - look at what keywords they're missing or could do better. theres always gaps!

tools i use:
- semrush/ahrefs for basic kw research
- clearscope for content optimization
- google search console (seriously underrated + free!)

pro tip: backlinks still matter alot for competitive keywords. we use backlinker ai at my company to get quality mentions from real news sites, but whatever method u choose just make sure theyre relevant n from good domains

You just need a simple site and content hitting your geo keywords, which will have an up front cost, and then very solid google/apple/yelp/ratemds/social listings

idk if this post has a communal undertone but I am sure who are reading this have. Let me tell you one thing i once met a Bangladeshi (hindu) couple travelling to India and I mentioned this issue. And they were really surprised. In fact they said the muslim bangladeshis don’t have any reason to migrate to India in stead most of the “illegal” migrants are Hindu fleeing bangladesh. So Hope it helps you focus on the real issue. Also most of them are just rural Bengalis which for obvious reason wont know good hindi
