Initially Kashish's intention was not to demean Avinash and maybe it was just one of her strategies to use this topic to get some extra footage. But the way Avinash said "Main nahin gaya tha, woh aayi thi mere paas", Kashish obviously got mad and dragged it because it was looking really bad on her image and initially she just wanted him to admit that their flirting was always mutual and it was not one-sided from her side. Plus she also got a chance to take a chotu revenge on Avinash for denying her nomination rights during the cafe task.

But then how everyone including Eisha turned against Avinash, she enjoyed the extra attention and footage but she didn't expect it to get so big. Sara also used this topic to divert everyone's dislike towards herself and shift it on Avinash and as a casualty on Kashish.

But the way everyone was behaving, Avinash was really looking bad and it's true that the whole scenario turned out in a way where he was being portrayed as a cheap guy. He really needed a defence because even if he was not a saint, he was guilty of making it look like Kashish threw herself on him. But he was not guilty of misusing a woman in any way. And hence he needed to clean his image, which was totally justified.

But the way this courtroom drama and WKV happened, the way he was whitewashed repeatedly was totally unnecessary. Avinash's image could have been whitewashed without slutshaming Kashish constantly. Because after the court session, everyone understood that Avinash is not wrong and it's Kashish and Sara who are at fault. But the way Kashish was treated in WKV was not at all needed. She was not given any chances to even speak. Clips were being shown one after another trying to portray Kashish as a cheap woman which was bad.

In the end, they really pulled one down in order to uplift someone. They could have avoided that. Just like you don't need to criticize A to praise B. You can just praise B without demeaning A. They could have just proved Avinash is innocent and Kashish is guilty. But what they proved is that Avinash is a good boy and Kashish, a cheap woman.

Yeah…it was so easy to get obsessed with Sadda Haq but somewhere along the line I got drained out watching it. Season format with some time gap would’ve created immense frenzy(even more than it actually had) around it. And it would make the show easily rewatchable & shareable like the web series nowadays
