Like you said it's a good problem to have :). How often do you go out to eat to restaurants, pubs etc. and how much do you both enjoy eating out, trying new places etc? If it's more than 2-3 times a week, then flat in the city makes more sense. Tellapur while is a good area, will probably be what kokapet is today, 10-15 years from now. Is your wife ok to wait that long or is she happy to sit at home and goto the B hills area once a week, that's your clinching argument hopefully. Also, while there maybe schools in the area, lot depends on kids (if you plan to have them in future), if you want to send them to HPS or something in the city, then tellapur again poses a problem. Also, ease of access to healthcare facilities, do you have a driver who can go out regularly and get everything you need at short notice? If you enjoy watching movies etc., how far is your nearest multiplex? Discuss all these factors with your wife and see how she feels about it.

Firstly congratulations on starting the work on the website, I know how overwhelming it can be!

So, as for attracting traffic you of course have few options like SEO, social media, Pay per click etc.

I assume you're interested in SEO since you posted on this sub.

With SEO you will be looking to compete for the search term in Google to appear on top and thus attract traffic.

So, just to simplify SEO for you, there are two main things you need to be doing:

1. Create quality content, especially around less competitive keywords - Creating content is key. You're simply not going to rank for "best matcha" initially, as that is a competitive term. Instead, focus initially on ranking for less competitive terms. In the future you can build your site authority and take a shot at ranking for the more competitive terms of course.

2. Acquire quality backlinks. Backlinks are links from other websites pointing to yours. These are one of the key ranking factors used by Google, as Google engine itself was styled after academic publications, with more impactful papers being cited by more publications. Here though, make sure backlinks are of high quality. You're looking for relevant backlinks from pages related to your niche, from real websites with organic traffic. There's a lot more to SEO and you might want to research content and backlink strategies , but this should give you a good start!

If you are stretching the definition of your role a bit to make it look like you are employed as per their requirements, then you might get by.
