TMBU in general is a complete scam. A good chunk of people working there are corrupt or scammers. Someone I knew was demanded to pay a sum of 15k for a migration letter. TMBU officials claim the roll number or the code has been misspelled on his bachelor's and master's degrees and harassing him to pay them the money. This guy has decided not to give them a single penny. He has also spent 50k in legal fees to drag VC and related officials to the court. His case has been moved to the high court. He is even preparing to take these thugs to the Supreme court of India. So, I am not surprised at all.

What we all are not recognising, this is a big issue.
In my opinion, our fundamentals are not right at the very beginning.
Quality and right education can solve the whole state from the basics. I know this may seem like an overstatement and ofcourse we need industry and jobs but I think the citizens in Bihar are not having their morals and fundamentals right. You can paint the outersides of any house to make it beautiful but if you don't have a strong base, it will all fall down at once. This whole state is a big case of negligence and segregation. These are the very root of all these mishaps. At this age it's really difficult to solve this given how people have become individualistic and the topics of morality and unity seems alien to most here.

It's a sad, tearshedding situation. Post more and encourage the youth to understand. These issues are needed to be heard.
