I worked at Zoho for more than 2 years, so I can answer this question.

Yes Zoho does more than what u imagine I can say Zoho has around 100 products if you combine all the divisions.

Zoho doesn’t simply go for 3rd party service, if they need some tool, they will create it. So there will be work always, and you have to interact with customer directly for any issue, so u can actually learn a lot from customer, like what they need what they face.

But I wouldn’t say they adapted to latest tech, because Zoho are best for small n medium scale business and that’s were they are focusing, if they go for large scale their product simply won’t scale, that’s their weakness. The main edge they have over other product companies is price, Zoho is 10x cheaper, because all the developers are in india, so low cost centre.

But tbh I learnt a lot from Zoho, from scratch, it’s been 2 years since I left Zoho, but still I remember what I did n apply the concepts here. Great company freshers but not very much scope if your mid or senior level engineer.

Edit: Don’t just critique, they have flaws but they are doing what good most of them n provide local jobs not even one developer is outside of India.
