Umm, I do not know how this is fake when the whole judgment clearly proves it. And this same post seems to pop up everywhere so I'm commenting everywhere..

This statement itself tells us that the man is not imprisoned for unnatural se*#al act because it was with the wife. This further cements people's demand for marital r@pe laws.

By this logic, a lot of other recent cases that keep popping up ( I hope people understand which cases i mean) only have dying declarations as proof, nothing else. So how have people been doing media trials on the basis of only those decelerations.

Once again, this validates the demand for marital r@pe laws because it just proves that a husband can do whatever he wants to the wife without any consequences.

You mention that the wife has piles...and yet the husband thought it was alright to put his hand up her an#s. If that is not cruelty, I don't know what is.

Your whole post doesn't prove that man's innocence, it just proves that he did something terrible and could hide behind legal loopholes and how bad our investigation process is. Add onto that, the fact that these cases take years to process (this de#th happened in 2017, it is now 2025).
