This is the real India which needs upliftment
You are doing god's work, not many people in the country can even think of doing it, being associated with a few NGOs I know how difficult it's to raise funds and specially about the plight of such people for whom your working.
I sincerely wish you all the very best and I hope you're able to do a lot more for them in future.
What are the ways to connect to your organization, any links or websites? -

marketplace products are very hard to scale - you've got to find and convince both sides of the market (sellers and buyers) to join your platform.
you've been operating at -4x income for a period of time (800/200 = 4). can you sustain this?
if it's a competitor to Gumroad, can you \*realistically\* outcompete them?
overall, what are you aiming to achieve with your side projects? have a bit of fun building what you want? have some additional income? etc. your answer to these questions should give you an idea of what the best next step is.
keep an open mind - what would happen if you quit and just explore.
you're in a good position now with a job that pays your bills. why rush into something that costs you $600 p/m? -
New Millennium Sanpada is not refunding deposit even after 45 days have passed after discharge
Write an email to the hospital saying that the amount was settled by the insurance company with the hospital on so so date and they should immediately refund the deposit amount. Mention your patient details. The same thing happens at Fortis Vashi. An email mostly resolves it. -
Flush door handles are increasing these days, thoughts?
More of these things , more profits for companies when they break and you have to replace them. Simple door handles dont break easily so lost opportunity for them. Thats how all things are these days. Easy to break costly to replace. -

Got fined for ādamagingā my passport because of a bank stampāfeeling frustrated!
SBI should not have stamped, unless they did it in specific pages for that (nowadays, passports don't carry those pages). However, that does not make it a damaged passport by any means: it is the passport officer who is more at fault here. (Mostly, they are private employees, the ones the govt. has contracted this work to. Did you meet the Regional Passport Officer?) Complain to the RPO in writing (through email), with attachments of uploaded pictures of the old passport, the SBI stamp and the receipt of your payment, and CC it to the joint secretary of the concerned ministry.
Even if nothing happens, though it should as it is a mistake of the passport officer, if tomorrow your new passport were to be really damaged, then they will say that you keep damaging your passports, but you will have an email trail of this case. -

Don't quit your job out of desperation for it to work. Be strategic. Come up with a real plan that will get you to profitability and put it into action.
It sounds like you've got a business people like, which is amazing, but it has problems like any business. Just keep working on solving those problems. Losing $600 a month is going to shut you down, so maybe you need to increase your pricing or reduce costs. If you can solve that, it would be a huge step in the right direction. -
