Edit: I know some people would ask that what's his fault. Problem is that his govt is in the centre since more than 10 years. This should have been solved long ago. Municipal staff shouldn't be handling stuff which comes under defence department, they aren't trained or equiped to handle them.

It is not on decline due to suicides. It is on decline because the same coaching centers have now opened centers in all tier 1, 2 and even 3 towns. Kota was filled with middle class boys and girls from tier 2/3 towns where good/renowned coaching centers did not exist.
