If you need it for sure I would recommend going to Railway station tatkal tickets section. This is beside the entrance of railway station, in Vizag. They give you a form, fill it up, they will give a token after submission of form, and stuff gets started in 10 min most of the tokens are processed. And you'll bes def given a ticket. Doesn't cost extra.. just stand in a line and stuff..
