Last month I got a call from my bank that there was a transaction of xxxx rs. from your credit card, press 0 to confirm you made this transaction. This was the exact amount of one of my auto payments and this call came at 5 AM. I disconnected the call. They called again, and I disconnected again and 3rd time didn't bother.

Later, I found out that it was a genuine call from my bank and they called since the transaction happened at 5 AM.

My logic- let the account get blocked, I will go to bank and verify the things.

One is supposed to never act on such calls. Simply find contact details of official department and make a call on official contact details.

Thats from only metro cities limited data , it was 24 not 40+

This problem has been there for ages. Been living in besi for years and have seen it degrade from a scenic beach to a hotel spot. And to top it beggars who ask not just 1 or 2 rs but 10rs minimum and those beggars kids who ask not money but to get chocolate waffle or burger. And these boys who come with hi fi girls get it for them to show off. And you can't miss the huge kid who says he has not eaten for days. Cops dnt do anything about them. Stop giving them money. That is the only way to go
