As a 25 M who has lived in goa for a year, I would say it’s not easy, to say the least. I had a tough time meeting people my age to even hang out with, let alone dating. I have found dating in bangalore easier because of more people of our age group.
Most people I bumped into in goa were early 30s or late 20s.
