God knows the outcome, but that does not mean He will force you to change it. Knowing and forcing an outcome are 2 very different things.
Notice how when Lord Vishnu incarnates onto this Earth he does so only after a speicific set of living entities do evil deeds, amd that too He only intervened when it is affecting society on a large level. If He wished, he could eradicate the entity doing the evil deed before the deed is even done. But he doesn't because every deed one does has a karmic effect, and so He allows all deeds so that the right karmic effect affects them back.

The people in the red states still have their faith. Bashing trump everyday isn’t going to do anything, you need to find candidates today
