Idk what's your pricing, but I can assume it's gonna be around the same range as hostels or pgs. My main concern would be hygiene. Agree with the 'bad parent' part. But not because Indian parents don't police their kids freedom enough. They do. They cross all boundaries actually. Indian parents are bad parents because they suppress their teens' sexuality, they suppress their free thoughts, they just expect them to think their way without realising it's a different goddamn human being and you'll have to argue every line of thinking with him or her. Indian parents use force which backfires later. They use fear to control their kids and not mutual understanding and respect. They expect respect for birthing them rather than try to gain respect by acting like a good human being. They use emotional blackmail to manipulate them into doing things. A danish parent , for instance, would not tendentially do all of this. That's why they happen to be better people when they grow up. This is just a bad culture of parenting here in India.
