The 20's are still the prime physical years of anyone who's in decent enough health. the chances are best to (try to) overcome any obstacles in that age range. Because it gets that much worse when older and more tired with other conditions due to aging, and like still being neet or neet again, and still alone dependent on aging family or the state.
