I have visited many states and cities, and I find Patna to be far better than many of them in terms of infrastructure. Take Pune, for instance:
The traffic management is extremely poor, and hardly anyone wears helmets. Vehicles approach intersections from all four directions, creating chaos.
In areas like Hinjewadi and Wakad, there are power cuts lasting 8 to 9 hours almost every week during the summer.
In comparison, I can recall power issues in Patna from 15 to 20 years ago, but such problems are virtually nonexistent now.
