Better to avoid Manipur & Nagaland & Upper Assam areas for now .

Better book paid trips from Tour Sites such as MMT etc if you don't know anyone locally who can guide you . The trips though sound expensive but will be better for you if you are travelling here solo or in a group as you would face less challenges with regards to hotels & related travelling related accomodations.

I agree with you.... as a student who is living in agra since birth it was a nice time in when we play circket in technical (near Dayal Bagh side) but after lock down all the friends are started working for their future almost all the friends sifted to different cities it was very hard to manage without any friends living in home and working for clients all the day

Not much can be done. Frequency can be increased a little, but won't have much impact.

Avg speed will be slow because the Harbour line is not straight like Central and Western. Has many curves. So speed is slower.

Secondly there are choke points in the line near Kurla, Wadala and Dockyard - Sandhurst Road. Can't increase speed without clearing the slums that reappear even after eviction drives.
