Usually it's the soft power that helps to grow the relevance of a language among the common people. With the success of Telugu films in North and even till Oscars (Rajamouli keep on pushing that RRR is not Bollywood, but Telugu), you guys shouldn't give up. Right now only TN is sticking out like a sore thumb against 3 lang. policy. More states push back, the better.
