False. Indian Rail infrastructure at this point is better than American rail infrastructure. VB and Tejas are Amazing, 3AC, 2AC and Sleeper are worth the price, Ive travelled on several times the past year, Biggest delay was 30 minutes, And the delay was gone by next station due to efficient signalling. And the Railways is building a HSR network set for trials NEXT YEAR. Average speed will be 300KPH.
