If you only want blood and urine tests done then you can schedule a sample pickup. There's one in ramdaspeth called spandan labs. Online ones are redcliffe labs, thyrocare etc. You can choose the plan of your choice. I get it done every 3-4 months. Tests include CBC, lipid profile, sugar levels, blood urea, liver function test, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, iron and other levels, thyroid and kidney profile. Should cost you around 1500 max. If you want a complete body checkup then Max hospital has a good plan and smooth process. I got it for free from my company so don't know the price. But it included ECG, eye checkup, ear checkup, chest x-ray etc on top of the blood and urine tests. The plan includes complementary breakfast as well.
