Personal grooming is a big factor. Indian Americans have access to personal styling and grooming products that an average Indian may not have access to. So their choice of outfits, the way they present themselves, the way they talk sets them apart from an average Indian. I’m sure wealthy Indians also have access to these things so wouldn’t look much different from Indian Americans. As someone who has personal experience in raising two kids in the U.S., these appear true to me, as we spent a good amount of money for clothing, makeup, grooming products etc every month.

I read a lot in school days, but boards and exams and other shit made reading take a backseat. Then i got addicted to insta and reddit which just decimated my attention span...
I restarted reading about 2 years ago as an alternative to insta, and it's been a bumpy yet beautiful ride. I still struggle with my attention but I'm able to finish 1-2 books per month

I don't read much self-help books because they feel very textbook-ish and God knows I already have too many of those as it is(pursuing CA)
