Very very badly. I have been dealing with some extremely silly and childish phobia since last year and cannot afford therapy or medication at the moment, so one light is always on, I play some random soothing sounds on Spotify and wake up with a start at least 4-5x every night.

Now my target is just to reach 6+ or 7+ hours of sleep despite the interruptions. Hopefully when I leave my current place in 6 months it will be sorted. Most of the days I reach the target hours even though the sleep quality is bad because of the frequent waking up. So at least as of now I wake up feeling well-rested on most days.

More like school(or education?) isn't motivating, so they will just spend time hanging around. But this is 100% better than social media brainrot consumed by a lot of kids in that age group.
