  17. This is how Hindi imposition is done.

    4 months
I'm totally against Hindi imposition and I'm fluent in both bengali and Hindi. The problem I have is with bangla pokkho only attacking my Bihari and UP brothers (I'm Anglo indian btw). They (the bangla pokkho assholes) have no problem with Muslims speaking and having billboards with Urdu but they'll have a problem with Hindi. Urdu and Hindi are almost interchangeable. Urdu was born as thr language of the indentured servitude class and the army or camp language of the mughals. Why no actions against Urdu, why only attack my Bihari and other middle indian brothers and sisters.

  19. CTO Knowledge Gap, I will not promote

    4 months
As a CTO, if your xp isn't coding you should find someone that does software development. You'd be fooling yourself and dooming your startup to try and whimsicle learn and build. Never seen it pan out. Roadmap should be reviewing software developers and/or tech companies. Identifying the technology stack is half your battle, the other half is finding someone that aligns with those requirements. Usually you're better to find a dev that knows what they're doing and utilize their tech stack which could lead to some minor changes in your product.

Speaking firsthand on this as the companies I founded I serve as both the CEO and CTO where I have studied my entire life around the tech sector including a lot of your skillsets and very specialized in coding. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, just being as realistic as possible.

Your role as CTO shouldn't always be to build the products. It sounds like a lot of your roles are more future based roles when the company would be more established if I'm being honest, or if there's funding behind it that's fine but you need to find someone to build your MVP. Otherwise, you'll spend a long time learning to code and you'll still need to learn how to secure all that code. Not everything taught is the best way to do it, it's just to get your feet wet. Focus on what you were brought on to do, and nothing more. That's how you drive success. If you wanna learn programming, I definitely encourage it I just wouldn't reccomend doing it to build a product right out of the gates sitting as a CTO, do it in your freetime and get good at it then you can start doing things with the product that are meaningful.
