I'm no vegetarian but here are a few things you should consider before making a diet plan. I assume you know the basics so I'll just skip to the protein part;

A DIAAS score measures how well a protein provides essential amino acids after digestion. A score of 100 or higher means excellent protein quality.

For example:

If a protein source has a DIAAS of 100 or higher, you can assume that nearly all of its essential amino acids are efficiently absorbed and used by your body. So, eating 20g of protein from eggs or whey (~110 DIAAS rating) will mean your body is actually getting amino acids equivalent of 22 grams of protein

If a protein source has a DIAAS of 60, like dal, you may need to eat 33g of protein (instead of just 20g) to get the same usable amount of essential amino acids.

Now, switching to a vegetarian diet would mean you would have to take thode more efforts to reach your diet requirements.

Prioritise higher DIAAS foods like milk and whey protein, as they require lower total protein intake. A protein supplement would be godsend here!

Combine lower DIAAS protein sources like dal/beans with rice/wheat. You can easily find DIAAS ratings online and use ChatGPT to make you meals and ensure you're meeting your requirements!
